Reverse osmosis: better drinking water at every tap.

A tankless RO unit under your kitchen sink with its own dedicated faucet. It filters heavy metals, dissolved solids, and other contaminants, then adds back the good minerals so your water tastes clean, not flat.

Think of it as a water-bottle vending machine built into your house, with a second faucet (color-matched to your existing one) just for the water you actually drink and cook with. Your regular faucet still handles the dishes; this one is for drinking, cooking, and washing produce.

Why it matters in the Greater Los Angeles area

Reverse osmosis works through several stages in sequence: a pre-carbon filter, the membrane itself, then a remineralizing post-carbon stage. It is the setup people choose when they care how the drinking water at the kitchen tap tastes.

What's behind the faceplate

  • A pre-carbon filter (like a large fridge filter).
  • The membrane itself, which is the stage that does the separating.
  • A post-carbon filter with built-in alkaline remineralization, so the water isn't stripped flat.
On TDS readings: a total dissolved solids meter counts everything dissolved in the water without distinguishing between them. The remineralizing stage deliberately adds calcium and magnesium back, which raises the reading. A higher number after that stage is expected and is not a fault.

Tankless, and it shows

The tankless unit is about the size of a games console and takes up very little under-sink space. Most people add it while the whole-home system is already going in, because the visit is the same either way.

Pick a faucet that matches your kitchen

The dedicated drinking-water faucet comes in four finishes, so it fits right in with the rest of your kitchen hardware. No upcharge games, just tell us which one you want.

What if it breaks

Lifetime warranty on the control valve and tanks. Those are the parts that decide how long the system runs well, and they are covered for as long as you own it. The media and the electronics are covered for five years and the reverse osmosis unit for one, with a flat trip charge after the first year.
